Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sense Of Time account and associated account data yourself. No email request is required. Sense Of Time is provided by OK Mobile Labs.

How to delete your account

1. Open Sense Of Time in the app or on the web.
2. Open Head-to-Head and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
3. In your Timekeeper Profile, select Delete Account and confirm the permanent deletion.

The deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. You do not need to contact support.

Data that will be deleted or anonymized

• Your saved player profile and Google account identifier used by the game.
• Your saved Head-to-Head rating, rank, wins, losses, and draws.
• Head-to-Head rooms and match records linked to your account identifier.

Data not linked to your account

Guest sessions, device-based Daily Challenge records, locally stored game progress, public score entries submitted without a signed-in account, and aggregated or de-identified analytics are not linked to your Google account identifier and are not removed by account deletion. You can clear locally stored data through your browser or Android app settings.

Deleting your account is permanent. It deletes your Sense Of Time account, not your Google account. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
